So. This week I have to explain a mangled finger, surviving the flu, preparing to meet my crush in person and making new online friends. So grab a cuppa and a snack and I’ll begin.
Hello by the way! I hope everyone is well and has had a wonderful week. My week has been crazy and tiring but I’m here and I’m happy and by the time you read this, I’ll be on my way to Liverpool ahead of meeting Alfie Allen (yes as in my crush!) finally… I’m excited but also a little terrified, I can’t lie! If anyone has met him before and can offer tips on not making myself look like a total ass, I’ll be eternally grateful! I’m also taking him a birthday present so hopefully if I do embarrass myself, I can use the gift as a distraction 😂 but the bags are packed and the lashes are glued on so I’m ready to face my fear! I’ve also finally got some autumn decor up in the house so the kids are happy now!
I’ve been quiet recently and I should probably explain why… basically, I had the flu and mangled my finger so I’ve been hibernating and resting up… I’ve been feeling rather sorry for myself and grouching that I have nobody to cuddle me better 😂 the flu is pretty self explanatory but I suppose I should explain the finger… basically I stressed out, bit the skin around my finger and then managed to get hair dye in the open cut when dying my hair the next day so my finger got infected. I won’t include a photo of it at its worst because it’s not for the fainthearted but I will include one more recently since it’s almost healed now thanks to a doctor in urgent treatment and some antibiotics…
I’ve also been making new online friends who seem lovely. There’s a lad who was in a car accident and has had to have major surgery and he’s brilliant! Super positive and funny and great vibes. There is also a lad called Will who is called Theory on tiktok and he’s brilliant. I’ve become a moderator in his lives and we always have a giggle and cause chaos just because we can.. and then of course there’s the friends I’d already made that I still remain in contact with and whom I love to bits. They know who they are and that I think the world of them.
Anyway, I’ve left this close to time and I need to finish getting ready but I hope to be able to update on what happened in Liverpool and all the gossip once I get back! Have a wonderful weekend everyone and I hope next week is good to you!
