Well… what a week it has been! It seems that I have found the audacity to keep throwing myself out of my comfort recently and oh boy is it an exhilarating experience! I didn’t get the opportunity I alluded to last week, however I sort of knew I’d be rejected for that so I wasn’t too disappointed. It would have been nice but it’s not the end of the world. My time will come. I did however, decide to put two of the songs I’ve written out into the world, which was absolutely terrifying! They are here on the website, if you wish to check them out. I also made a video that gives the back story behind my song: The Mark of Love (the song I wrote about my dad’s passing) and opened up more about that which can be found on my social media platforms for sophsworld. My aim now is to keep the momentum going and open up more about things I’ve been through and maybe share a few more songs if I’m feeling really brave…
On top of all that, my middle baby who’s not a baby, turned 10 on Wednesday! I cannot believe it’s been a whole decade since I brought him into this world! He’s overcome a lot in that and I’m incredibly proud of the boy he is today. But we had a lovely day celebrating with him and enjoying it being all about him.
I’ve upped my workout regime and am already feeling the benefits as well as switching to a protein coffee instead of instant and eating a lot healthier and just, taking better care of myself overall and I feel GOOD for it! Never thought I’d enjoy being healthier!
I don’t think I have a lot else to tell you… ooh wait! I got my hair cut too! I’ll add a photo under this post for you all! Let me know what you think! But that’s been my week really, unless you wanna know about my endless house cleaning because having the kids home means there’s always something needing to be re-cleaned! 😩
I hope you all have a wonderful week and hopefully I’ll have more to add in next week!
Lotsa Love

So proud of you girl for being brave, getting out of your comfort zone and also for taking such good care of yourself🥰 Loving the shorter hair! I used to have long hair (almost down to my hips) for yeeeaaars! And then I decided to cut it and it felt soo good and also made me look younger and fresher. In hindsight, the long hair was like I was hiding behind it.
Change is good (even if we sometimes don‘t like it or if it makes us afraid), that‘s when we grow❤️
